1. Pre Approved Warranty (No Fee)
Some manufacturers do not offer pre approved coverage. In these cases, standard processing fees apply:
• Basic Ride Ons (kids scooters, toy cars): $35
• Premium Ride Ons (e bikes, ATVs): $49
• Medical Ride Ons (scooters, chairs): $60

2. Warranty Handling (Fee Required)
For warranty providers such as Asurion and Allstate, an estimate is required before they will review your claim. Once approved, they manage the repair or replacement directly.
We handle the entire process for you, including:
• Intake and claim submission
• Documentation and communication
• Coordination with the manufacturer
• Scheduling repairs or replacement
You pay us directly for the estimate and handling service. Your insurance company reimburses you after the claim is approved.

3. Warranty Handling (Fee Not Required)
We are contracted directly by third party warranty companies such as Light Electric Vehicle Technologies (LEVT). LEVT provides North American technical support for manufacturers, importers, and distributors of light electric vehicles — including products without active warranties.
Because LEVT pays us directly, there is no cost to the customer.

4. Pre Approved Authorizations (No Fee)
Some brands, such as Razor, support their products directly and issue pre approved authorizations for parts and labor during the warranty period.
They send the authorization to E Z Scooter, we contact the customer, schedule the repair, and Razor pays us directly. No fee to the customer.

5. Online Only Brands (Fee Required)
Some online dealers require additional research to verify warranty coverage and obtain parts. These brands often sell nationwide without local service partners or have do not have service departments.
In these cases, a handling fee applies due to the extra work required to establish warranty eligibility and secure parts.

Customers turn to a third party "White-Glove" warranty service when:
âś” The manufacturer is slow, unresponsive, or difficult to reach
âś” Local shops refuse to perform warranty work
âś” The warranty process is confusing or unclear
âś” They want someone to manage the entire process
âś” They need faster turnaround than the brand provides
✔ They bought from a nationwide brand with no local service partners or “no service department”

How We Solve These Problems
We act as a “take care of it for you” warranty intermediary service that gets your repair moving by solving common frustrations such as:
✔ 4–12 week manufacturer wait times
âś” No local service centers
âś” Complicated or unclear warranty paperwork
âś” Brands that only offer email only support and slow responses

A “White-Glove” Warranty Concierge Service is a premium fast track warranty convenience for customers who don’t want to deal with the manufacturer.

Your fee covers processing and handling and the repair itself is covered by your manufacturer’s warranty.

Your unofficial service center for multiple brands and trusted local authority for ride on warranty work

âś” No paperwork
âś” No manufacturer runaround
âś” No waiting weeks for responses
✔ No confusion about what’s covered

To start your claim, please provide:
âś” Proof of purchase
âś” Product Serial number
âś” Photos or video of the issue
âś” A clear and accurate description of the problem

Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

Your time matters. We manage the entire warranty process for you — no support tickets, no long hold times, no back and forth emails.

White-Glove Processing a warranty claim requires time, documentation, and coordination before any repair can begin. This fee covers the administrative work involved in getting your claim approved — not the repair itself.

If your warranty is denied, your full handling fee becomes a credit toward a standard repair.

What the Warranty Handling Fee Covers:
âś” Claim intake and documentation
âś” Serial number and purchase verification
âś” Photo and evidence review
âś” Claim preparation and submission
âś” Communication with the manufacturer
âś” Ongoing status updates

What the Handling Fee Does Not Cover:
âś” Labor or repair work of any kind

The fee is required at the time you submit your claim.

We act as your White-Glove Warranty Concierge for ride on products, handling the entire process so you don’t have to deal with long wait times, confusing forms, or endless support back and forth.

We assist customers by:
âś” Verifying warranty eligibility
âś” Preparing and submitting warranty claims
âś” Communicating directly with the manufacturer
âś” Coordinating replacement parts
âś” Scheduling repairs once the claim is approved

To process your warranty claim, you must provide:

âś” Proof of purchase
âś” Product serial number

âś” A clear and accurate description of the problem

Incomplete or missing information may delay your claim.

Manufacturers typically do not cover:

âś” Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper assembly
âś” Water damage
âś” Normal wear and tear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, belts, etc.)
âś” Unauthorized modifications or alterations
âś” Batteries that are outside their warranty period
âś” Products without valid proof of purchase

If your warranty is not covered or is denied:
âś” Your full handling fee will be credited toward a standard repair
âś” You will receive a no pressure repair estimate

Some manufacturers offer parts only warranty coverage.

This means:
âś” The manufacturer provides the replacement part at no cost
âś” Labor is not included
âś” The customer is responsible for any labor charges required to install the part

This is a common policy in the ride on industry.

How We Handle Parts Only Warranties
âś” We will notify you if your manufacturer covers parts but not labor
âś” We will provide a clear labor estimate before any work begins
âś” You may approve or decline the labor service with no pressure
âś” We offer discounted labor rates for warranty customers

If your warranty does not include labor, or if the issue is not covered under warranty, labor charges will apply.
âś” You will receive a no pressure estimate before any work begins
âś” Labor charges may be:
o Flat rate for common repairs
o Variable for complex diagnostics or installations

Labor Price Range
Battery Replacement: $25 – $35
Wheel/Tire Repair: $25 – $50
Brake Adjustment: $20 – $35
Mechanical Issues: $45 – $90
Electrical Issues: $35 – $90
Bench Charge / Deposit: $35

We identify the issue before you spend. Clear recommendations, transparent pricing and no pressure.

Turnaround times depend on several factors:
âś” Manufacturer response time
âś” Parts availability
âś” Shipping timelines
âś” Complexity of the repair
We provide updates throughout the process and notify you as soon as your repair is ready.

Our Commitment to be:
âś” Fast
âś” Transparent
âś” Hassle free
âś” Fair
âś” Professional

Our goal is to reduce downtime and get your ride on product back to you as quickly as possible.

NEED A WARRANTY REPAIR?
Do not attempt a DIY warranty repair.
Your product is still under warranty but has stopped working. The manufacturer is willing to send replacement parts; however, you need to install the parts. Do you feel unsure about doing the repair yourself? No metric tools?
These are DIY risks and consequences:
Voided Warranty: If the manufacturer determines that your DIY repair caused additional problems or worsened the initial issue, they might void the warranty. Some manufacturers void warranties if unauthorized repairs are performed.
Liability: If you perform the repair and someone gets hurt due to your mistake, you might be held liable.
Safety Hazards: Incorrect repairs can lead to safety hazards resulting in accidents or injuries. For example, Lithium ion battery fires, or brake repairs that compromise stopping.
Damage to the Product: Mistakes during repairs can worsen the initial issue or cause new problems. This could result in you paying for the cost of parts or rendering your product unusable.
Lack of Expertise: DIY repairs may lack the expertise of a professional that requires specialized knowledge and the proper tools.
Time and Effort: If you’re inexperienced, DIY repairs can take a lot of time and effort. Why are you working for free to fix something when you paid for a working product?
